Black Butte Stables is a trail riding stable inside Black Butte Ranch, just outside Sisters, Oregon, open to riders who are not ranch guests. From early spring through late fall it offers parent-led rides for ages 3 to 6, one-hour and 90-minute rides through pine and aspen for ages 7 and up, and a two-hour trotting ride or a half-day backcountry ride with lunch for ages 10 and up.
