Panther Creek Outfitters, established in 1993, leads guided trail rides through the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina from Clyde, near Maggie Valley, Waynesville and Asheville. Riders of all ages and experience levels are welcome, children of 40 pounds or less ride double with a guardian, and the three-hour trail climbs to a mountaintop rock overlook with a view over the whole town.
