Rio Grande Stables
Rio Grande Stables has led guided horse and mule trail rides north of Taos, New Mexico, since 1989, operating in summer under permits from the Kit Carson National Forest and the Bureau of Land Management. All rides stay at a walk: Cebolla Mesa outings suit beginners and families, an evening ride climbs to the Las Vistas de Questa overlook, and experienced riders can spend a full day in the Taos Ski Valley.
