Family-owned Swan Mountain Outfitters leads trail rides from its West Glacier corral on Flathead National Forest land and from the Apgar, Lake McDonald and Many Glacier corrals inside Glacier National Park. Rides last one hour to a full day, including a two-hour Cowboy Cookout with steak dinner, and beginners are welcome. The outfitter also handles custom drop camp trips and backcountry packing.
