Season: Open year round, by appointment only
HOPE Horsepark in Oxford, Michigan, is a horse and pony sanctuary started by the Chislett family in 2016 that offers riding lessons and leasing rather than public rides. Its one-hour horsemanship classes split time between riding and unmounted work such as haltering, grooming, tacking and leading. Riders of all levels are welcome from age 2, the barn keeps small Welsh ponies for teaching, and all services are by appointment.
