Waipi'o Na'alapa Stables
Na'alapa Stables has offered horseback adventures on Kahua Ranch, a working cattle and sheep ranch of 12,000 acres in North Kohala on the Big Island, since 1981. Its 1.5-hour and 2.5-hour tours are ridden open range rather than nose to tail, with experienced paniolos guiding beginners safely and giving experienced riders chances to trot and canter. Tours run seven days a week for riders aged 8 and older.
