Bears Ranch
Bears Ranch, formerly Rapp Corral, sits at the base of the Hermosa Cliffs about 20 miles north of Durango, Colorado. In spring and summer its horseback trail rides head into the Chris Park and Haviland Lake trail system under a San Juan National Forest permit, for riders aged 7 and older. In winter it runs old-fashioned horse-drawn sleigh rides of about 45 minutes, plus a sunset VIP Tiki Sleigh Ride.
