Hatteras Island Horseback Riding is a locally owned business that has run beach rides on the southern end of Hatteras Island, on the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, since 2006. Its walking-only rides use calm, kid-friendly horses and welcome all ages and abilities, with a family or group package, private single-rider outings and custom rides for proposals, anniversaries or photo shoots.
