Rocky Mountain Outfitters
Rocky Mountain Outfitters runs the family-owned Soldier Hollow Stables in Midway, Utah, with walk-only guided rides on the slopes of Soldier Hollow overlooking the Heber Valley and Deer Creek Reservoir. Riders aged 8 and up can choose the one-hour Mountain Meadows or 90-minute Crow's Nest ride from April, with one-hour winter rides from December through March. Holiday horse-drawn wagon rides through Christmas lights are also offered.
