Wilderness Adventures, Inc. leads guided horseback trail rides from two locations: the Sand Dunes Oasis in Mosca, riding the Sangre de Cristo foothills above Great Sand Dunes National Park, and Moon Valley on Wolf Creek Campground west of South Fork. One- and two-hour rides suit beginners and seasoned riders alike, and riders must be 8 or older.
Closed for the 2026 season. Reopens in May 2027, per the business website.
